If you wish to be a customer or an active user of our Webshop, please carefully read our standard contractual clauses, and utilize our services only if you agree to all of the terms, and you consider yourself bound by them. This document won’t be filed, it will be concluded only in electronic form, it will no longer be retrievable, and it does not refer to the Code of Conduct. We are available via our given contacts if you have any questions about the functioning of the webshop or the process of order and delivery.

Purchasing is also possible without registration.
Orders are processed on the day after ordering. General fulfilment deadline is 12 working days after confirmation. Our company does not take any responsibility for the changes of any technical reviews without prior notice due to the supplier, or for reasons beyond their control. We reserve the right to refuse already confirmed orders wholly, or in part. Partial fulfilment can only take place after consulting with the customer. In case or prepayment, the purchase price is retransferred to the sender of the amount.
Ordering process

If you would not like to purchase any additional products, please control the number of pieces of the product you wish to purchase. You can delete the contents of the cart by clicking on the “delete” button. After setting the amount, the cart is refreshed automatically; if this doesn’t happen, select the “refresh cart” button.

Shipping information:
The orders from Miss MG store will be delivered to you by DPD, which can be prepaid, or paid by cash on delivery system. We ship and deliver the ordered product(s) to every location in Hungary.
Up to 20,000 HUF purchase the shipping cost is 1000 HUF in case of prepay and 1200 HUF in case of paying by cash on delivery system.
Above a purchase of 20,000 HUF the shipping cost is paid by Miss MG online webshop.
In case of shipping abroad we make a preliminary quotation based on the information we receive from the courier service.
Personal takeover:
With preliminary consultation, the products can be taken over in our store in Szentgotthárd, Széll Kálmán tér 20. The bill can be paid in cash. There is neither shipping, nor cash on delivery (fund management) cost.
Shipping:
The goods are shipped at most 12 days after ordering; the products which are not in store are shipped in approx. 15 days, if the label “Can be ordered” can be seen in the pictures. We would like to call our customers’ attention to that
exceptional shipping delays may occur, which may exceed the 15 days. In this case we notify our customers by e-mail, and they can withdraw the purchase for this reason. If the price of the ordered product have already been transferred to our bank account, and the purchase will be withdrawn as a consequence of the delayed delivery, then the price of the purchased product will be returned to your bank account which was sent us by e-mail. The price of shipping is 1000 HUF in case of prepay, and 1200 HUF in case of paying by the cash on delivery system.
Our offers listed under the Discount products menu are valid until the indicated time.
We would like to call to your attention that in case of any technical, data recording or printing errors Miss MG is not committed to a binding offer.
Other costs:
We do not charge anything besides shipping cost.
Payment:
The orders from Miss MG store will be delivered to you by DPD, which you can prepay or you can pay by cash on delivery system.
You can pay in cash in case of personal taking over.
After notification and consultation, the ordered merchandise can be taken over personally in our store paying in cash, from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. In this case there is neither shipping nor cash on delivery system price.
Guarantee
We give a 6-month warranty for the products, depending on the manufacturer. In case of product failure you can get further information by the address and phone number stated on the attached warranty sheet, or on one of our contacts. The defective product has to be sent back to the centre of our webshop: Szentgotthárd, Széll Kálmán tér 20.
Issuing of certificate
We issue a certificate of all our sales. In case we issue a receipt suitable for taxation accounting ("invoice with VAT") on the buyer’s request, it contains the name and price of each product and also the costs, connected to shipping, furthermore it corresponds to the regulations of the law of taxation.
Information related to the exchange and withdrawal of merchandise
However, in case of disputable or uncertain situations we act according to the effective regulations of law. By shopping on the Internet, a purchase contract is made on the given object, according to the Civil Code. You are a “consumer” only if you purchase as a private individual. The warranty regulations are controlled by the Civil Code.
Warranty: the marketer (we) assumes a responsibility for what you buy is flawless. If it is not the situation after all, then it is our obligations to do everything to make it still happen – even if it turns out later that the defect leading to malfunctioning was there at the time of the takeover of the product (latent defect).
IMPORTANT! WE CAN ACCEPT ANY COMPLAINTS, QUESTIONS, AND CONSULTATION OF RETURN ONLY BY E-MAIL OR BY MAIL. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS, ACCOUNT NUMBERS OR NOTES SENT BY SMS.
You can withdraw your purchase in 8 workdays without justification. You have this right from the day you took over the goods. The product can be sent back to our address in its original condition, undamaged g together with a return goods form or a copy of the invoice. The address to send back the package to: 9970 Szentgotthárd, Széll Kálmán tér 20. Miss MG The shipping costs related to exercising the right of withdrawal are charged to the customer. In case of having a demand for exchange, please send an e-mail to our address: missmg@missmg.eu which will be registered by our original conditions, and we will send you the requested product. In case of a demand for exchange the price of the returned product will be sent to you and - after the returned product arrived - the requested product will be put at your disposal. The price of the returned product will be sent to your address or it will be transferred to the given bank account. The Miss MG store is obliged to pay back the sum right away and not later than 30 days after the withdrawal. There is a possibility to personally exchange the goods, at the following address: 9970 Szentgotthárd, Széll Kálmán tér 20. In case of the exchange of products ordered with discount conditions and fulfilled with seasonal allowances the following regulations are exemplary: The customer is entitled to choose an identical product according to the original conditions (discount price or allowance), but in case of choosing products those are not involved in a discount or allowance and are different from the original, the discount price or purchase allowance related to the original product is not applicable. The right of withdrawal is also valid to the products personally taken over.
The process of exercising the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can indicate it via one of our given contacts, in writing or by telephone. In case of a notification sent in writing by mail the date of posting will be taken into account. In case of a notification sent by mail it is definitely recommended to send it as a registered post, thus you can verify the date of posting. The ordered product have to be sent back to the address of our company by mail or a by courier service. It is important that the costs of returning the product are charged to the customer; we cannot take over packages sent by surcharge (cash on delivery service). On demand, the courier service in contract with our company can be notified about your intention to send a package; the cost of shipment has to be paid to the courier when you send the package.
Pay special attention to the proper use of the product, because the costs of damages resulting from improper use are charged to the customer. After the package has arrived to our company, the opening of the package and the inspection of the product is recorded with a video camera. This is necessary to avoid possible future misunderstandings (for example, the returned product was damaged or incomplete). The product price is paid back to the bank account given by the customer in thirty days after the product has arrived back. If the sum of the purchase is over 20,000 HUF and the shipping cost was released by us , but - through withdrawal - such value of product was sent back that the value of the portion of merchandise remaining at you was under 20,000 HUF, then the original shipping cost is charged to the customer.
Information related to faulty performance
In case of defective goods the customer may primarily demand correction or exchange; secondarily he/she has a right for a discount or withdrawal. The noted complaint can be considered to be reported in time in 10 days from the discovery of the fault. The customer is responsible for the damage ensuing from delayed notification.
Data management
During the use of the webshop, the personal data given to www.missmg.eu are handled confidentially, and are not given to a third party unless it is a
subcontractor of www.missmg.eu. (For e.g.: courier service, for the delivery of an order). During the browsing of the webshop, technical information is recorded for statistic purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). These data can only be handed over to public authorities in a legally, authentically justified and confirmed case. You have to enable cookies to use the service. If you do not want to enable cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. In case of disabling cookies, certain parts of the service can be used only partially or cannot be used at all. The cookie is a file that the server sends to the user's browser, and it is stored on the user's computer. There are no personal data stored in the cookie. The data recorded during an order are used by www.missmg.eu for the fulfilment of the order. The data of the invoice made from an order, submitted on the pages of the webshop are recorded and stored
by certain information technology systems together with the data given during ordering, for the duration defined in the effective accounting law. Data given at signing up to the newsletter - provided during the browsing of the webshop - are handled confidentially by www.missmg.eu , the opportunity to sign off is provided at the bottom of each sent newsletter, or it can be requested via one of the given contacts.
